Bennett & Philp were proud to host our Private Lenders Forum 2021 last Thursday, 20 May 2021.
We packed the room with multiple mortgage fund and broker representatives.
The event included a presentation by our finance director, Nadia Sabaini on dealing with defaults, an increasingly important topic for mortgage funds in the wake of the covid crisis.

We welcomed guest speaker Scott Ellis from Moresol who spoke on Moresol’s services in looking after the entire process from property repossession to sale giving mortgage funds piece of mind.
The presentation was followed by networking where lots of business cards were exchanged and new connections made.
