Nadia Rawlings
Nadia is a Director of Bennett & Philp Lawyers and a member of our Business Advisory team.
Nadia was admitted to law in 2007 and has been a member of Bennett & Philp since 2009.
Nadia advises a range of clients, from small businesses to national and international corporations, in the areas of business law and investments, with a special focus on banking and finance and succession planning.
Nadia provides practical and effective advice in finance transactions, acting for non-bank lenders in finance transaction advice, due diligence and documentation, as well as providing regulatory advice on new credit businesses and products. Nadia is the creator of the Private Lenders Forum, an education and networking group for non-bank lenders, brokers and finance professionals in the finance space.
Having a solid background in corporate finance, structuring and investments advice, Nadia also heads the firm’s succession planning team. Nadia provides structuring advice to the firm’s high net worth clients and assists in the undertaking of personal and business reconstructions, trusts and Wills drafting.
Nadia speaks fluent Italian and is the president of the Queensland Italian Lawyers Association.
