Our Disputes & Litigation team is recruiting for a Litigation Lawyer 1+ PAE to join the team. The role is full-time and based in our CBD office.
Role Overview and Requirements:
This role will report to Directors within the Litigation team however will work closely with senior and junior lawyers across varied litigious matters. The litigation team currently has 4 Directors, a Special Counsel, Senior Associate, Associate, Lawyer and paralegal. The role is hands on and you will learn from senior members of the team, you will be involved in all aspects of general litigation and have direct contact with clients. Candidates for this role should have a litigation experience and be wanting to continue their career in a litigation team.
The role will cover all aspects of litigation, including but not limited to:
- Contract disputes and enforcements
- Insolvency and bankruptcy
- Employment
- Defamation
- IP Litigation
- Building and construction
- Shareholder, Director & Partnership disputes
- Debt recovery
- Property disputes
