Bennett & Philp has a strong Litigation team focusing on Insolvency, Corporate Litigation, Construction Disputes, Debt Recovery, Estate Litigation, Family, Defamation and Employment Law as well as Commercial disputes. The team is seeking a 3+ PAE Family Law Lawyer or Associate to join the team. The position will be working with our family law team which is made up of a Director, Special Counsel, a Lawyer and two Paralegal/Personal Assistants. You would be working alongside this successful team to contribute to the increasing matter load demands.
You will be handling all aspects of family law including divorce proceedings, financial and separation agreements, property settlements, consent orders and parenting and child support matters. The successful applicant would have a broad range of experience in family law as well as a well-rounded knowledge and keen interest in family law on top of their experience, which would be expected to be at least 3+ or more PAE.
