With over 30 fee earners across the firm and an established and respected Business Advisory team, we are looking for a 5+ PAE candidate with a demonstrated focus and interest in Commercial law to join the team. This role is full-time, and you will be working in our CBD office. The role involves direct contact and liaising with clients.
You will have carriage of work and work with other members of the team across all areas of our Commercial team including but not limited to:
- business and share sales, purchases and mergers;
- business and personal structuring;
- franchising;
- contracts and agreements; and
- finance, loans & securities, and lender services.
You should have already worked or be working in a Commercial legal role, have a desire and interest in Commercial law and be looking to grow your experience and assist in further developing a busy practice. You will be mentored by Directors and senior practitioners in a supportive environment.
You must:
- Have the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with team members, including the Firm’s administration teams and clients
- Have the drive to build your own brand to set yourself apart from the rest
- Display initiative, energy and a willingness to learn
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Have interests in and pursue goals outside work
