She Kills It

Seminar 1

Bennett & Philp Lawyers were proud to host the first seminar in our seminar series ‘She Kills It’ with Bendigo Bank.

Our business director, Nadia Sabaini, presented the first seminar on buying and selling real estate together with Bendigo Bank mobile relationship manager Mariangela Stagnitti.

(L-R) Nadia Sabaini and Mariangela Stagnitti

Our attendees who braved the rain were treated to an insightful presentation on the fundamental matters to known when looking for a property, obtaining finance and going through the conveyancing process.

Nadia Sabaini says ‘Women are often at a disadvantage with trying to build their personal wealth.  We are afraid to ask questions and think we should know more than we do.’

‘The She Kills It seminar series is designed to give women a clear understanding of the most fundamental legal and financial transactions they will encounter in their life, and develop the confidence to engage with their advisors and take charge of their financial future.’

The next seminars in the series will be:

6pm 20 April 2021 – Buying or starting a business. Learn what to tick off and all the steps required to buy an existing business or starting your own business.

6pm 18 May 2021 – Trusts, companies and tax.  Learn about how investments work and how different structures can impact your tax and wealth.

6pm 15 June 2021 – Where to go for advice.  Meet key professionals you will need to work with for your financial success.  What they do and why it’s important that they are on your team.

RSVPs can be made directly to Nadia at nsabaini@bennettphilp.com.au or via our Linked-in or Facebook Events titled ‘She Kills It’.

Seminars are unfortunately in person only and RSVP is necessary to secure your spot.
