Our Property & Planning team is seeking a 5+ PAE Associate, or Senior Associate to join the team. Candidates for this role should have a demonstrated focus and interest in property law and eager to contribute to a busy practice. This role is full-time role and based in our CBD office.
Role Overview: You will work across all areas of property law, including but not limited to:
- Retail and commercial leasing
- Commercial and high-value residential property sales and purchases
- Development, planning & environment
- General property advisory work
Our clients range from local individuals and businesses to ASX-listed companies, high-net-worth individuals, developers, and leading property institutions. You will have carriage of various files, communicate directly with clients and collaborate with team members across all areas of property law.
Key Requirements:
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with team members, including our administration teams and clients
- Post admission experience in a property practice
- Commitment to outstanding client service and outcomes
- Drive to build your own brand and set yourself apart from the rest
