“I believe from the start I got a very nice confident feeling after talking to Trent, following that Sarah was totally fantastic.  She was always very professional but a normal down to earth person to talk to.  My experience that I was always kept up to date and that there was also care involved.  I was treated with respect and whenever I had questions or concerns Sarah was there.  Great job. Worth your weight in gold.”
