Tran Vuong is a Senior Associate at Bennett & Philp Lawyers and a member of the firm’s Wills & Estates team.
Tran is an experienced lawyer in the areas of estate planning, asset protection, succession planning, taxation and commercial law for private clients. She is skilled in the drafting of various wills to meet with the client’s objectives, whether it be asset protection for the next generation, meeting philanthropic wishes of the client or otherwise.
She is also experienced in implementing asset protection strategies at both the corporate and personal level for clients, administration of deceased estates, establishing, reviewing and updating various forms of trusts, and implementing restructures as part of taxation and succession planning.
Tran has previously worked as a Senior Lawyer for a national investment firm within the in-house Estate Planning team. She also has extensive experience working for various boutique and national law firms primarily in the areas of private clients and wills and estates.
Tran has a dual Bachelor’s degree in Laws and Business (Management), a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice and is a registered Justice of the Peace.
