Passionate about protecting the rights of injured persons Cherie provides expert assistance to senior practitioners in claims on behalf of persons with traumatic injuries caused by workplace, motor vehicle and other accidents.

Originally joining the firm’s Commercial team in 2008 where her work included assisting with defendant personal injuries claims, Cherie moved to our Personal Injury group in 2010.

A highly skilled member of the Personal Injuries team she is involved in the conduct of claims from start to finish, including preparation of WorkCover and PIPA Notices of Claim, gathering and compiling evidence, drafting documents and correspondence, briefing counsel, attending settlement conferences with counsel as well as undertaking complex research tasks.
