Portia is a member of the Bennett & Philp litigation team and provides general advice in commercial litigation. She specialises in estate disputes and litigation and advises her clients across a range of matters, including:

  • family provision applications;
  • validity of testamentary documents (Wills);
  • testamentary capacity issues, and
  • elder abuse.

Having gained considerable legal experience and knowlege during her time spent working with the Official Solicitor to the Public Trustee of Queensland, clients seek out Portia's advice in matters relating to:

  • succession law;
  • equity and trusts;
  • guardianship and administration law, and
  • civil litigation.

With over 4 years practical experience in Court and Tribunal appearances, mediating and negotiating agreements in disputed matters, Portia aims to obtain the best possible results for her clients.
