Michele Davis is a member of the Bennett & Philp Lawyers' Wills and Estates Team. Michele offers clients logical, practical and compassionate advice across all areas of wills, estates, succession and elder law.

Having dedicated her career to the study and practice of succession and elder law, Michele's areas of expertise include:

  • estate administration;
  • estate planning for individuals and businesses succession planning;
  • trust establishment and administration;
  • retirement villages and accommodation;
  • guardianship;
  • contesting and challenging wills;
  • estate dispute resolution;
  • estate litigation, and
  • property law.

Michele's clients truly appreciate the depth of knowledge and skill she is able to apply to their individual estate planning needs. 

Forever finding ways to increase her breadth of knowledge in her chosen field, Michele received a Masters Degree in Applied Law, specialising in Wills and Estates in 2015 and was honoured with a Fellowship from the College of Law. She keeps abreast of the changes in succession, property and elder law by conducting research, networking with colleagues and committing as much as time permits to the continual study of the law. 

Currently serving as a Committee Member with the Queensland Law Society's Succession Law Committee, Michele's very esteemed industry colleagues value her contribution.

Michele is the founder and owner of the successful Australian Succession and Elder Lawyers LinkedIn Group. She is also pro-active in the community and serves on the boards of a number of local profesional and community groups in the Logan, Scenic Rim and Flagstone areas.
