Farmers eligible for 50% estate planning rebate

In recognition of just how important estate planning is for the farmers of our communities, the Queensland Government is offering a rebate of up to 50% of costs associated with succession and estate planning advice.

This scheme is available to primary producers and their relatives. The scheme allows for a maximum of $2,500.00 each financial year to be granted towards succession/estate planning advice. The rebate provides Queensland farmers with an ideal opportunity to provide for their loved ones by settling their affairs and indicating their succession wishes with an estate plan.
