Experience
 
Lance joined the firm in 1989. He was admitted as a solicitor in 1990 after completing a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Queensland.
 
Lance has over 18 years experience representing trade suppliers, property developers, financiers, accountancy firms, engineers, architects, building and construction companies and individuals in commercial litigation disputes.
 
Lance instructs and advises on all facets of building and construction law, employment law, administrative law in relation to judicial review and Anti-Discrimination Law. Lance has particular expertise in corporate and personal insolvency including asset structuring and protection.
 
Lance represents clients before the Queensland District and Supreme Courts.
 
In addition to his work, Lance has acted as Deputy President of the Queensland Community Corrections Board and is a member of the Prostitution Licensing Authority.
